We also offer a few different sizes full color Bar Type TFT including sizes of 2.9inch, 3.9inch and 4.6inch, 5.8inch, 6.5inch, 8.8inch, 12.3inch. In order to meet with customers’ requirements especially for custom projects, we develop more derivative solutions from these Bar type TFT.

Our TFT LCD custom design solutions are available in different options according to customer requirements. CDTech can offer various options on backlight type, FPC(LCD module or CTP), resistive touch panel(RTP) and projected capacitive touch panel(CTP) or anti-reflective(AR) / anti-glare(AG) / ;anti-fingerprint(AF) coating, or custom cover glass, customized PCB board or a fully custom solution for your product application.

• Q: What is the lead time for customized solutions?

  A: Generally speaking, the lead time for the tooling order is around 4 weeks.;The specific lead time will confirm according to client’s product requirements and materials supply situation after client’s payment.

• Q: How to confirm the tooling cost of customized solutions?

  A: Tooling cost will confirm according to your product requirements. After receiving client’s product request, our R&D department will evaluate whether it is feasible. If the product request is feasible, we will check the tooling cost according to the client's product requirements. If the customer's product requirements are not feasible, we will provide feasible suggestions for customer reference.

• Q: What custom materials can CDTech support?

  A: CDTech supports custom module FPC, BL, and whole TP solution(Include the CTP FPC, cover glass, sensor, etc), converter board, HDMI board and so on.

• Q: Does CDTech only do LCD modules? Does CDTech have own CTP production line?

  A: CDTech is a factory of 1.5’’ ~ 15.6’’ TFT LCD and touch panel, and we have our own CTP production line. CDTech has been built a new plant in 2018, which is contain the TFT full automatic machines production line, and PCAP production line does support air bonding, OCA bonding, and LOCA bonding.
